The paramount chief, vice-chiefs, 9 notables, other dignitaries take part in the meetings and are mennbers of the secret society or of groups like Nfam (Executive organ), Pa'angop (Legislative organ), Kumdji (Judiciary organ), Nko'ossié and Nda'nko (Security organs) or Menjuèk.
 
Culture:
The language spoken here is Féfé or Nufi,
Traditional danses are Kokom, Mewop, Poumedjueu'k, Nzen.
 
Tribal groups:
Ndjiako, Gwapé, Nkwétio, etc...
 
Religion:
Catholic: 3 active sites: Bankooh , Ndaklàk et Njinga
Protestant: 2 sites: Baluk, Mven.
